I'm a software engineer based in Japan. I taught for years before switching to dev, which means I'm good at breaking down complex problems and working through ambiguity. These days I spend most of my time on fintech tooling, automation, full-stack web, and Flutter mobile work.
I'm a software engineer based in Japan with a year of production work across fintech and mobile.
On the fintech side, that's meant building automation pipelines, market scanners, Discord bots, and React dashboards in a live environment. On mobile, I've shipped features across a Flutter app for iOS and Android — authentication flows, in-app purchases, and Supabase-backed screens.
I like software that stays maintainable and interfaces that don't need a manual. I work best in small teams that need things built cleanly and without a lot of ceremony.
Outside of coding: games, running, and tinkering with tools for no particular reason.
